Student Awards - Scholarships & Bursaries
The University of Winnipeg also offers a diverse array of scholarships to deserving students on the basis of academic excellence. While outstanding students are applying in increasing numbers, the University must compete with other institutions to earn their loyalty. To remain competitive, we must increase our endowment fund support for scholarships based on a principle of academic excellence.
At the same time, the price of an education remains a challenge for many. We must ensure that The University of Winnipeg remains accessible to promising students, regardless of their background, diverse talents and interests. To remain inclusive, and to increase accessibility for students, The University of Winnipeg must attract support for new and existing bursary awards.
